Weekly menu

In Can Ros from Tuesdays to Fridays at lunchtime there will be a varied, balanced and attractive menu with exceptional desserts (Mondays closed).

STARTERS

-Pea cream with egg at low temperature and ham

-Cabbage and potato "Trinxat"

-Salad of leaves with anchovy and sautéed piquillo pepper

MAIN DISH

-Secret of pork with potatoes and mustard oil

-Fish and chips (squid and potato)

-Tender garlic, beans, artichokes and red mullet rice (supl. 3€)

DESSERTS

-Rice with milk and mango ice cream

-Chocolate mousse

-Greek yogurt with cereals and honey
