Weekly menu

In Can Ros from Tuesdays to Fridays at lunch time there will be a varied, balanced and attractive menu with exceptional desserts (Mondays closed).

STARTERS

- Smoked aubergine cream with toast bread and black olive purée

- Fresh catalan cheese, tomatoe and spinachs on a toast

- Pickled mushrooms salad

MAIN DISH

- BCNfishermanmarket: Roosterfish with peas green sauce

- Catalan sausage with honey and mustard dressing and Sta. Pau bean hummus

- Squid and artichocke black rice (supl. 3€)

DESSERTS

- Puff pastry filled with custard cream, pear and cinnamon

- Yogurth with mango foam

- Toast bread, chocolate, Maldon salt and olive oil
